Initial Evaluation
This appointment will last 60-75 minutes. We will spend time getting to know you and your current struggles, we will discuss your relationships, lifestyle habits, previous diagnoses, health history, and previous care. At the end of your evaluation we will share our clinical impressions, discuss recommendations which might include medications, potential lab-work, recommendations on nutrition, sleep, supplements, and psychotherapy. If appropriate we may recommend GeneSight testing to understand your biology and what meds may work best for you. GeneSight testing may not be covered by all insurance providers.
Self Pay Cost: $375
50-Minute Follow-Up
Extended follow-up visits will address more complex symptoms, brief therapy, lab review, treatment plan discussion, or stressors to process. As we make progress in your symptoms, taking this extra time to thoroughly discuss treatment choices and how to implement them can make a big difference in your outcome.
Self Pay Cost: $325
25-Minute Follow-Up
Existing client follow up visits are designed for straightforward care or to address single issues. When you are doing well, this would be the typical appointment to keep you in a good place.

For those with out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
Patients are responsible for copays and deductibles at time of service.
No shows/late cancellations are not covered by insurance and will be charged a fee, please refer to patient policies for more information.
